The King Estate Domaine Pinot Noir 2012 is a complex red wine that is a true reflection of its Oregon terroir. Made from 100% organically grown grapes, the fruit for this vintage was grown and produced with a mind toward sustainability. The 2012 Pinot Noir was hand harvested and hand sorted. It was aged for 15 months in 50% new French oak barrels for ample oak and tannin structure. On tasting, aromas and flavors of black cherry and pepper combine for a layered entry. The palate and finish reflect strong tannins and oak flavor.
