1. How long is the order processing time?
We will process your order within 48 hours of receiving your order. If there are special circumstances, we will notify you by email.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, for the time being, we only deliver to the United States, and we will consider opening delivery to other countries in the future, so stay tuned.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on your destination, orders are usually processed within 2 business days from the date we receive your payment. The delivery time is generally 10-25 days, and the delivery time may vary depending on the region.
Please note that due to the epidemic, customs clearance procedures, weather, region, traffic or any other unpredictable circumstances, there may be delays in delivery. If there are special circumstances, you will be notified by email.

4. Do I need to sign my order?

5. Unsuccessful delivery
Please note that the USPS team will only hold undelivered packages for 7 days.
After 7 days, the USPS team may send the undelivered package back to us.
Orders will be processed as returned items. In this case, a 20% handling fee and shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. How do I track my order?
After your package ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

7. What should I do after the sale?
