Nestled among the banks of Idaho's majestic Snake River is a small distillery. It's here, where quiet meadows dance beneath lingering skies, that Horizon Gin is crafted. Column distilled in small batches, Horizon makes use of locally-sourced ingredients beginning with the humble Idaho spud -a uniquely American base for gin. From there, the lupine flower, which flourishes in the rich valleys of the Teton Mountains, and other botanicals including juniper, citrus peel and coriander are precisely blended with water from the Snake River Aquifer. The result is a very special gin, combining gentle floral notes with a soft, smooth finish. A gin crafted off the beaten path, in a place where land and sky meet.
