Aromas of cooked agave with touches of honeycomb. Smooth and creamy palate with hints of wood, ginger bread and macadamia nut and an elegant finish. Pairs with candied beets, ricotta cheese and braised chicken. Aged for 9 months in ex-bourbon barrels.
