Terralta Anejo Tequila is made with handpicked agave. The same yeast was used in order to make this anejo tequila for years. Terralta Anejo Tequila was made in custom made stone ovens. Terralta Anejo Tequila uses a 19,000 lbs steam roller which crushes the agave and custom copper stills are used in order to distill the water and steam every batch.
