This is our anejo, or "aged" expression of Tepozan Tequila. We take our pure and natural blanco and age it in a barrel for 18 months in white oak whiskey barrels from Kentucky to achieve a sophisticated and mature flavor profile. This is natural, sustainably-farmed, pure and untouched tequila made with the cool volcanic waters deep beneath the distillery. Tepozan Tequila expresses the terroir of the Highlands of Jalisco. No additives, no flavoring and only using fully-matured agave, just as tequila should be.
