Cava de Oro Tequila Aejo has a rich amber / golden tone, a body of medium velvety weight and a generous mezcal of aromas of honey, nutmeg, black pepper, caramel and toasted oak. The aromatic compounds are very well recreated on the palate, along with the flavors of vanilla, red plums and cinnamon that emerge during the prolonged finish.
