Once we are nearing our final blending for the Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon, we select the best barrels from our best vineyards and put together the Austin Hope Reserve blend. Those barrels are blended together and put into brand new French oak barrels for extended aging until we feel the wine has reached its full potential.
