Son of an ancient family recipedating back to 1873, Amaro Ciociaro perfectly synthesises tradition and territory. Obtained from the infusion of a complex variety of aromatic herbs in hydrated alcohol, it has an intense brown coat and a nose played on the miscellany of medicinal herbs accompanied by cinchona and balsamic note. The taste, full and balanced, is characterozed by the pleasant residual sugar which makes it slightly sweet with a charming citrus note.
