Rich cooked agave on the nose with raw honey, lime zest and vanilla candy. Oak is in charge on the palate with sweet vanilla, caramel candies, honeyed granola and cooked agave. The finish continues the oak parade with loads of caramelized agave and vanilla. Aged in bourbon casks and finished in ex-Irish whiskey casks, giving some interesting malt sweetness not usually found in tequila.
