The agave is hand-selected, slowly cooked, and barrel-aged in underground cellars before artfully blended into a single tequila. With a small batch production process, Cincoro tequilas have very smooth, long finishes and irreplicable flavors. Cincoro Extra Aejo is aged at their distillery for 40-44 months. Aged far longer than typically required for an extra anejo, the results are a deep amber color imparted by the barrel and a wonderful array of aromas and flavors. Dried fruits, toasted oak, and cooked agave meet the nose before an elegant palate with rich notes of raisin, fig, charred oak, coffee and chocolate.
