InSAB Gold, our master distiller artfully blends premium grade Japanesesakewith minimum four-year-oldgoldrum from Barbados.Our journey starts in Japan where a master brewer uses traditional brewing methods dating back to 300 years to craft a premium grade sake. At the same time in Barbados, a master distiller uses modern distilling techniques to amplify the soft flavors of sugar cane. Our master distiller waits for the flavors to mellow, then artfully blends the two and allows the flavors to mingle. The result islight bodied with flavors of sweet molasses and soft vanilla.
