Plantation Rum Trinidad is a blend from a selection of 24 casks, made by Andrew Hussell (director of WIRD) and Alexandre Gabriel (Maison Ferrand). Distilled in multi-columns from molasses, the rum was first aged for 11 years in Trinidad, in the TDL cellars. It was then shipped to Charente, where it was racked from its bourbon casks for a further year of maturation in 400-litre Cognac barrels.
