Matusalem makes triple-distilled, hand-crafted, blended spirits. During the Solera method, young and older rums are blended many times in French oak barrels. At the end, Matusalem bottles Gran Reserva, and younger blends. Gran Reserva 15-year, 18-year and 23-year rums are dark, rich, golden. With aromas of sweet vanilla, molasses, caramel and plums, the taste is delicate, velvety smooth with hints of vanilla, molasses and caramel. (ABV 40% - 80 proof)
