After years of hard work, he left it all behind to pursue his dream: starting his own wine company, making wines from California. In the beginning, he only made one wine, Cabernet Sauvignon, but soon thereafter began making a Josh Chardonnay for his wife, Dee. Today, Josh Cellars features 8 varietals and a premium Reserve collection of wines.
