Founded in 1962, the domaine today falls under the management of B??n??dicte and St??phane Tissot who focus on the production of regional wines, most notably those of Arbois, Ctes du Jura and Cr??mant du Jura. The 43 hectares (106 acres) of vineyards are farmed biodynamically and are certified as such. Chardonnay and Savagnin constitute the most substantial vine plantings, with Trousseau, Poulsard and Pinot Noir making up the remainder. The domaine's finest terroirs of Les Bruy??res, La Mailloche, En Barberon and Clos de la Tour de Curon are represented in single-vineyard bottlings. Domaine Andr?? and Mireille Tissot's biodynamic vineyard practices are carried through to the winery. The domaine uses natural yeasts for the fermentation of its wines and has minimized the use of sulfur in its cellars. The domaine's principal portfolio of vin jaune and sweet vin de paille wines is elaborated upon further with the addition of the Jura's famous vin jaune appellation, Chteau Chalon, as well as Macvin du Jura vin de liqueur.
