Bluecoat American Dry Gin uses only 100% organic botanicals, and was crafted specifically with a 21st Century palate in mind: less juniper forward, and featuring American citrus flavors including Florida and California organic orange peel. Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin is the same spirit as Bluecoat American Dry Gin, but it has been aged in an American white oak, level 3 char barrel for about 3-9 months. This gives the gin hints of vanilla, caramel, and baking spice in perfect compliment to its signature citrus-forward botanical flavors.
