The tannins are fine and it is harmonious on the palate.Producer InformationOur 7 hectare estate, located around the town of Sierre, is divided into more than 50 often confined plots. Two major entities make it up: Pradec around Chteau Mercier and Goubing near the cellar. Our soils are clay-limestone in nature, dry and deep. The entire area has been covered with spontaneous plant cover for many years. We take care to produce high quality grapes, sometimes severely limiting yields in the vineyard for greater concentration of aromas. Each grape variety benefits from a suitable terroir which allows it to fully express its organoleptic potential. The raw material arriving from our plots is impeccable. The oenologist's work consists of accompanying fermentation in order to bring out the expression of the terroirs and the grandeur of the grape varieties. Monitoring in the cellar is as meticulous as that done in the vineyard. Some wines are aged in barrels to allow them to fully develop. Expect to taste designer wines, off the beaten track. A visit to our estate is much more than a tasting, it is a moment of exchange and sharing.
