Every barrel is filled and rested at the family-owned distillery. Each bottle is numbered and signed by Master Distiller, Salvador Rivera Cardona. The scent is a vanilla aroma, with full-bodied flavor of caramel, cocoa, sarsaparilla, & spice. This bottle has 100% Pure Blue Weber Agave grown in the fields of Jalisco Valley. This bottle contains pineapple harvested by hand and roasted for 36 hours in traditional clay ovens.
