AMAN Tequila is family owned and operated by Gerardo Madrigal, born and raised in East Los Angeles. A math professor by trade and a Tequilero by passion. The blue agaves for AMAN are grown on Madrigal’s family land in Nayarit, Mexico.Aged 12 months in American whiskey bourbon barrelsNose: Light touch of vanilla, cocoa, subtle touch of cinnamon and cloves.Palate: Delicate sweetness, strong agave presence, brown sugar, vanilla and butterscotch.Finish: Lovely notes of vanilla and hazelnut.
