Very complex.Palate: This heady tipple coats the palate with an impressive array of flavonoids including an overlay of nutmeg on milk chocolate, toffee, sea-salt caramel and a beautiful softness without the sweetness, a great marriage.Finish: The finish is quite unique, rich and long lasting.Distillery InformationThe rum is named after Severo Arango y Ferro, nicknamed "El Dictador", who in the 1700s oversaw trade between Spain and the colonies. At the end of the 18th century Severo Arango y Ferro came to Cartagena de Indias in Nueva Granada (today's Colombia).
