It has a delicate, layered body which combines notes of dried apricot, black tea, honey, hay, baking spice, and maple with a long, persistent finish.New Deal Distillery provides high quality, craft-distilled spirits, inspired by the DIY spirit of Portland. Their products are distilled in small copper pot stills with Bull Run water and natural and organic ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible. Started in 2004, New Deal was one of the first distilleries in Portland's Distillery Row and continues to play a big part in the city's place in the craft distilling scene.
